New England meant is to be savored…

Come along with us as we hike waterfall trails, overlook White Mountain vistas, or explore New England and further afield.  Join me on my art journey as I paint outdoors and in the studio.

New England has such riches of beauty, it is always fresh. We like to share stories of drives long and short. We tell what it is really like to hike to waterfalls and beautiful views.

Antique art of the White Mountain Painters and the Hudson River School is a rich part of American art history.  If we can stand where they painted and see what they saw, we are blessed indeed.

The march of progress has hidden many of their views, but much of this region remains nearly the same, even if trails cut through and board walks pave the paths. When we drive by Benjamin Champney’s North Conway home, we wish we could knock on his door and meet him.
